Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with our services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us and avail refund for the same. Please see below for more information on our return and refund policy.
Return
All returns must be postmarked within seven days of the purchase date. All returned items must be new with original invoice. If you returning the design or website, please note that you will not be able to use the same design for any kind of purpose.
Return process
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] with all details including your original invoice
Refunds
After receiving your email and inspecting that you haven’t used our design online anywhere, we will process your return in 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 2-3 billing cycles to appear on your credit card, for upi and internet banking it will be done in 1 – 2 days. We will notify you by an email when your return has been processed. Refund will be 50% of your original invoice. The rest 50% is charged for our skills and time engagement that we used for your product or services.
